It works by leasing your land for a 30-year term to Environment Bank, and together we create a biodiverse Habitat Bank that the landowner or farmer is contracted to deliver. We develop a management plan to work alongside current business operations, and our team of ecologists provide annual structured support and guidance for the full term. 

We cover all habitat creation costs and your legal fees, and because we are fully funded, we guarantee long-term, secured annual payments that start as soon as the lease is signed.
