Infinergy Ltd, a Boralex company, is a leader in the development of onshore wind, solar PV and battery storage projects. Onshore wind and solar are commercially mature renewable energy technologies, competing against fossil fuels on the energy market and delivering zero-emission electricity at the lowest cost to the consumer. At a number of projects currently in development, Infinergy is investigating opportunities for battery storage to be integrated which will help balance local network capacity.

 

The projects are developed on sites that Infinergy staff have screened for their feasibility. This includes arable land and large estates but also industrial sites such as ports, oil and gas storage facilities and factories. Infinergy develops small to large scale projects, from single 500kW turbines through to 50+ turbine wind farms and from smaller scale rooftop solar arrays to 100MW+ solar farms. Currently the company is developing around 1000MW of wind, solar and battery storage projects.
