Simon Foster

Simon heads up the Tourism, Leisure and Events Consultancy team. He advises landowners large and small on establishing and developing leisure enterprises including day visitor attractions, wedding venues, holiday accommodation and glamping, outdoor events and location filming.

Ashley Lilley

Ashley works in the Food and Farming team and has considerable experience in farm diversification. His clients include farmers, landowners and agribusinesses along the whole length of the food chain. He provides strategic and business re-organisation advice, working closely with banks and other professional advisors.

David Middleton

As part of Savills national Leisure Team, David is the Head of the Planning Department. He specialises in all planning and site licensing matters affecting the caravan and holiday park industry. David is responsible for undertaking all manner of complex planning applications for both new and extensions to existing glamping, touring caravan, static holiday caravan, luxury lodge and residential park home sites.
